What Brake Kit, Brake Lines, and EOH Actuator do I Need for My Tandem Axle Boat Trailer?

What options do you provide for a disk brake kit with EOH for a tandem boat trailer with 6K axles. rotors - slip on / non stainless Calipers - would like to see options on stainless and coated Brackets - stainless Trailer is about 35 ft long so would need enough brake line for the insulation. Currently has non working surge brakes.

For your tandem 6K axle boat trailer, I recommend going with the DeeMaxx stainless steel disc brake kit paired with the Hydrastar electric over hydraulic actuator with included line kit, # DE54VR and # CAR-HBA16-2. This combination gives you a fully matched setup designed for marine use, with stainless components that hold up to water exposure and an actuator that delivers strong, consistent braking power.
This setup will be a big step up from surge brakes, especially on a 35 foot trailer. Instead of the trailer pushing into the truck before braking engages, you will get immediate, controlled braking that matches your vehicle. That makes a noticeable difference in stopping distance and overall confidence, particularly at highway speeds or when the trailer is fully loaded.
I do not recommend piecing a brake system together for this kind of application. Going with a complete kit ensures everything is designed to work together, you get all the correct components, and it typically saves some cost compared to sourcing parts individually. Personally, I have had really good luck pairing the DeeMaxx kits with the Hydrastar actuator and hard line setup for smooth, reliable performance.

As a next step, I would want to confirm a few details to make sure everything bolts up cleanly, that you have a standard 5 bolt brake mounting flange on the axles, that your hubs are 6 on 5-1/2, and get a rough idea of your frame layout for line routing.
What kind of boat do you have on that trailer, and what body of water do you mainly get out on? I was able to get out on Mark Twain Lake here in Missouri this past weekend and landed a little fatty at 3.83 pounds (see attached picture).
