Hey Thomas! For a 5th wheel hitch I recommend going with B&W. Their hitches are well built and reliable so you'll have a great towing experience. If you have the prep package you can use the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3775.
If you do not have the prep package I have two options. The first is the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider for Chevy/GMC # BW67XR. This includes the above bed rails you will have to install in your truck to mount the hitch.
The second option is the B&W Companion Sliding 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Turnoverball for Chevy/GMC # BW45SR. This comes with the Turnoverball which is a gooseneck hitch that also allows you to mount the Companion. The gooseneck ball mounts upside down in the hitch when you aren't towing, so your bed stays totally clear similar to the factory puck system. This gives you more towing options with the gooseneck, and is a better system overall, but it also comes at a higher price.
If you don't have a 7-way in your truck you will also want to add the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector and Cover Plate # C53CR.
Where are you headed once you get your new 5th wheel hitch?

We bought the B&W last year for our Cedar Creek. We didnt have the factory holes in our bed so we had to drill holes for installation. Installation was pretty easy and took two of us about 5hrs to install which isn't bad. The hitch works great and it has the slides for tight turns when backing. It does take a lot of room so if you want to use your bed to haul you will have to take it out. There are other hitches that looking back we wished we had gone with. Check out the aluminum hitch.
