Hey Jamie! I can definitely help you out. The Square Direct Weld Jack # e66FV is nearly identical to your 0091410 and can be used to replace it. This is a 4" square weld-on jack with the same lift and capacity so you won't even notice a difference (aside from the fact that it works, I'm assuming yours doesn't right now).
