Hey Scott! Yes, the Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel Pin Box # GY45SR can be used with the Andersen Aluminum Ultimate 5th Wheel Connection 2 Gooseneck # 3220. This is also listed in the Andersen configuration chart which I attached below. Do you know the bolt pattern on your 5th wheel?
The pin box is designed to fit Lippert 1621 or 1621 HD bolt patterns and includes the shims to fit 1116 and 1716 bolt patterns. The 4.5k TW model works with 5th wheels that have a 7,275-16,360 lb GVWR.

We completed 5000 mile trip with Gen-y pin box hitch we love it. The chucking is all but gone the ride in our truck is much better. I would highly recommend it
