Question:

I need 1.5 inches more in height, I have the ball mounted in the third hole, it will still scrape the top of truck, can you buy a longer ball.

I do have options for you but if you were using the lower most hole on the hitch ball for the Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # AM3200 then that is going to be your max height for this hitch as they do not make a taller ball for it nor do they have any other means of raising the connection point. The max amount of height you can obtain from this hitch is 18" above the bed floor.

The next best option for you would be to check if the pin box or coupler on your trailer can then be moved downward to provide more clearance. If so then this will be your next best option as the only other one besides this would be to either raise the trailer or obtain a new 5th wheel hitch.

For a new 5th wheel hitch with a greater height adjustment I recommend the Husky Silver Series 26K W 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # HT31318-31325 which offers up to 19-1/4" from the top of the hitch head to the bed floor. The only other option you have is an over/under kit like the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit part # K71-384-00 for 2-3/8" diameter axles or part # K71-385-00 for 3" diameter axles. This kit however will only work if your leaf springs are below the axle. It will raise the trailer the diameter of the axle plus the height of the leaf spring perch/stack.
