Hello Kevin,
I can most definitely get you the brakes and hubs needed for your 2017 Grand Design 376th.
I do not have a database that tells me exactly what was put on each trailer, but based on my research your 2017 Grand Design 376th should have a triple axle setup, and each axle should be rated for 7K. You can confirm this by checking the axle tag on one of your three axles. I also see that you should have an 8 on 6 1/2" bolt pattern, but you will want to confirm that as well.
The etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes - Self-Adjusting - 12" - Left/Right Hand - 5.2K to 7K # AKEBRK-7-SA that you were looking at will be a great fit. They are self adjusting too, so that is one less maintenance thing you have to worry about. Do not adjust the self adjusting brakes, as they can be over adjusted and then they are no better than a paper weight. You will want one set per axle, so three sets total.
For the hubs you will want the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 5.2K - 7K Axles - 12" - 8 on 6.5 - Pre-Greased # AKHD-865-7-2-EZ-K. These are sold individually, so you will need six total. They do come pre-greased, but it never hurts to have extra on hand. The LubriMatic Marine Trailer Wheel Bearing Grease - 3 oz. Cartridges - Qty 3 # L54FR will work great, and then you will have some for repacking your bearings down the road.
Please make sure you go through the break-in process, this part is super important for your brakes to work properly, and it still needs to be done even with self adjusting brakes. I attached a help article for you, just skip down to Step 4: "Break-in" New Brakes.
Getting things all geared up for camping season? What trip are you most looking forward to?

These brakes fit my 2013 heartland Big Horn, the install was easy and strait forward, easy to adjust, they worked great on my cross country trip.
