Yes I installed it on my 25 gmc 3500 only difference is mine is a dually . Easy install works great used it for front bike rack while pulling 5th wheel

I recall using an extra spacer washer on my 2020 GMC 2500 AT4. Also required my wife’s second set of hands, but install was fairly straightforward. Use it all the time for front mounted bike rack.
