Hello Mark,
Congrats on the new camper, super exciting! Happy to help get a tow package set up for your 2017 Toyota Sienna so we can get you on the road to adventure.
I see that you previously ordered the etrailer hitch # e98837 and the 4 flat wiring Tekonsha wiring like similar to # C56261. Both are a great fit for your 2017 Toyota Sienna.
You will need to build on top of the 4 flat wiring # C56261 by installing the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat - 10 Gauge Wires # ETBC7. The # ETBC7 will be a little more work than the 4 flat wiring you installed. You will need to run a power wire from your battery with a couple of amps under the hood, and you will also need to run a brake wire from the cold side of your brake pedal switch back to the rear 7 way. I have personally done this install and there is nothing too technical about it, just a little time consuming. Make sure the wires under the vehicle are neatly zip tied and kept away from moving or hot parts.
I also saw that you asked about the Redarc, great choice! The Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller w/ Universal Wiring Harness - Dash Knob - Proportional # RED52VR is what you will need since you do not have the factory tow package and will be splicing the controller into the wiring. If you want to mount the control knob in one of the open dash panels, you can also use the Mounting Panel for Redarc Tow-Pro Trailer Brake Controller Control Knob # 331-TPSI-002.
After you get everything installed, where are you headed for your first trip? Is this your first camper?

I can chime in on the redarc system as being easily adjustable and unobtrusive which is exactly what I was looking for. As for installing it I did not want to tackle this so took it to our mechanic. Very please with it and have put about 10000 miles towing out camper with it doing what it's supposed to.

I’ve bought a couple red arc systems. Best out there in my opinion.
