Just the finish Jordan. Specs wise they're identical.
The GE Profile RV Refrigerator w/ Freezer item # GE68FR has a glass stainless steel appearance which is glossy and reflective.
The GE Profile RV Refrigerator w/ Freezer item # GE78FR has the standard stainless steel finish that is fingerprint resistant.
I've attached a couple of pictures below so you can see the difference.
