Question:
I have a 2013 Heartland Cyclone 3800. I would like to put on a Gen Y 5th wheel pin box on. The gvwr is 18000. I calculated the pin weight is 3960. Which model do I need. Thank you

Hey, James! Nice to see you again!
The Gen-Y Hitch # GY76PR will not fit your 2013 Heartland Cyclone 3800. That model is designed for the Rhino bolt pattern, which did not start appearing on 5th wheels until around 2025.
It’s very possible your Cyclone uses the Lippert 1621 bolt pattern, in which case the Gen-Y # GY68GR would be the correct option. However, we’ll want to confirm the exact pin box model you currently have before recommending anything.
The easiest way to do that is to locate the pin box number on your existing setup. There is typically a sticker on the pin box itself, usually on the front of the pin box, though on a 2013 model it may have worn off. If you’re able to find a sticker with an LCI number or serial number, that sticker is usually on the side of the pin box, we can also contact Lippert to help ID it.
I’ve included a help article that shows how to measure your bolt pattern in case the sticker is missing. Once we have that information, we can confirm the correct Gen-Y you'll need.
Look forward to hearing back from you!
