The GEN-Y # 325-GH-8040 you were looking at is a direct replacement for your current MORryde # SPB72-1621HD.
The only thing you'll need to make sure of is that the pin weight of your trailer falls between 1500-3000lbs to match the cushioning offered with this pin box.
If your pin weight falls in this range, you're good to go! Though if you have higher pin weight you'd probably need the # GY68GR which works with up to 4,000lbs pin weight.
