Bearing Kit Recommendation for 2023 Aliner Ranger 12

Question:
Hello, I am looking for a new set of bearings and seals for my camper. I wanted to get a set in case I should ever have a problem while travelling. Here are the specs: Camper-2023 Aliner, Ranger 12, off-road. Axle: Dexter info from axle tags: FRAL20116 8052188 s/n 122503465002 PO: HB3258 stock: 12190267 I contacted Aliner who referred me to Dexter. I havent heard back from Dexter. Hey Jeff, since we know your 2023 Aliner Ranger 12 has 3,500 lb axle the correct bearing kit would be the part # BK2-100. This comes with the needed bearings, a new seal, tang washer, and a cotter pin so if you were to every have a problem you'd have everything you'd possibly need. Have you had bearings fail while towing before?

I bought the Timken kit from e-trailer because it had everything I needed. Trying to source the individual bearings and seals at O'Reilly was next to impossible. I helped a friend with his boat trailer and it was less hassle and less expensive to buy all new components from e-trailer, than to get just the shoes and wheel cylinders from the local boat service center.

Timken bearing is the best choice, anything made in USA. I replaced mine with Timken, made in china doesn’t last long. I installed mine, check and repack it every 5k, make sure you have the rt seal and tools. Otherwise I’m happy with Timken bearings and seals.
