Question:

What is needed to install this on a 2012 Georgetown 360ds? I would want heat strips as well.

Hey Brent, you would need a complete Advent Air AC kit to install one in your 2012 Forest River Georgetown like the part # ADV25SR if its a non-ducted application or the part # ADV52SR if it is ducted. Then to add a heat strip to either option you would want the part # ADV34QR.

Do you have an AC unit you will be replacing?

Yes it is the original Dometic unit. Will the Furrion chill cube not work on this unit?

@Brent It would not be able to connect to the Dometic lower air box if that is what you are asking. You'd have to go with a kit like I mentioned that includes a new air distribution box as well.

@JamesonC I bought and installed this unit with the thermostat, adapter, and airbox. Im having issues with the furnace control. When I turn on the furnace, the AC and furnace come on. The AC runs for 1-2 minutes and shuts off, the furnace for another 2-3 minutes the shuts off. The thermostat is showing off. The furnace does not appear to get hot during this time. Any thoughts???

@Brent So one issue that the Chill Cube is still working on is working consistently with furnaces. Usually in this situation we recommend going with a furnace only thermostat like the # DMC84RR.
