Question:
I have a Coleman 13R with a gross weight of 3500 pounds and tongue weight of 340 pounds. Which weight distribution hitch should I get if I end up with a tongue weight of about 530-550 pounds fully loaded? I will be towing with a 2021 f150

Hi Hunter!
With the loaded tongue weight of your Coleman 13R camper being around 550 pounds, I have two good options listed below:
Curt TruTrack 2P Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control - 7-Hole Shank - 8K GTW, 800 lb TW # C95MJ
Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control - Trunnion - 8,000 lbs GTW, 800 lbs TW # FA92-00-0800
The Curt system is kind of your "entry" style system (for the lack of a better way to put it), but with your weight it will work pretty well. The Fastway is a nicer system and will offer better sway control than the Curt will, but it is more expensive. You will also need to grab a 2-5/16" ball, like the # 19286, if you decide to go with the Fastway option. The Curt comes with the ball, so no other parts will be needed with that one.
Both of these systems will handle up to 800 pounds of tongue weight, but the Fastway can handle 400 to 800 pounds, whereas the Curt will handle 500 to 800 pounds. I mention that as you really want your loaded tongue weight to fall as close to the middle of the system's togue weight capacity as possible. This gives you the best support and sway control and that's why I would go with the Fastway if I were doing this set up.
Are you doing off road camping? Your truck looks pretty capable with how you have it set up.
