Question:
I have an aftermarket exhaust on my 2006 cobalt. Although it is smaller than the factory muffler, Im wondering if it will rattle and what will happen if im not satisfied if it does rattle?

If the aftermarket exhaust you installed on your 2006 Chevy Cobalt is smaller than the factory exhaust one would think that the chance for exhaust rattle would be slimmer than if you had the factory exhaust.
However, if you were to encounter exhaust rattle we put together a video that details the best way to fix the rattling. I attached that link to the right.
