Hey there Kurt, when you’re seeing panel voltage into the 10-11V range and lights flicker while plugged into shore power, that’s a classic sign the converter isn’t supplying steady DC power, unfortunately.
The first step is to disconnect the battery and test the converter output directly, so the batteries aren't part of the equation at all. Per WFCO troubleshooting guidance, you should see roughly 13.6-14.4V DC at the output with AC power applied. If you’re seeing anything outside that range, the converter is likely failing assuming you have good reliable power coming from the 30A/50A power pedestal (I'd check another pedestal just to rule out this concern).
In your case, replacing the older WF-9855 with the new # WF38FR 55A Auto-Detect would be the correct functional replacement. It keeps the same output class but adds automatic lithium detection if you ever upgrade batteries.
Are you still running lead-acid, or have you changed battery types recently?
