Hey Mark! I'm assuming you're talking about a weight distribution hitch (WDH) to keep you level and help reduce any sway. You want to choose a WDH based on the tongue weight of your loaded setup. It looks like your 2025 Coleman 17B has a dry tongue weight of 398 lbs and a GVWR of 3,990 lbs. Tongue weight is typically 10-15% so at the high end you're looking at 598 lbs of potential tongue weight.
Based on those numbers I recommend the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control # FA92-00-0800. The Fastway has a tongue weight range of 400-800 lbs. This means you're covered when you're fully loaded headed out on your trip and when you're a little lighter coming back. You will also need # C40030 for a 2-5/16" ball and # ALL643216 for hitch ball installation.
What trip are you planning next with your Coleman 17B?

FastWay e2!! Bought mine rated for 200 pounds more than my hitch weight of camper for hauling gear in back of truck also. 5 hours trips are a breeze with this hitch even in 30-40 mph wind gusts absolutely no sway easy to set up just read the directions takes about 1.5 hours you will be ready for a good ride. Excellent price also. Cheers!

Towed 30k+ miles with the Fastway E2 hitch. Our travel trailer is a Lance model 1995 that I tow with a GMC Canyon 2.8 Duramax diesel. Needed to get the tongue weight properly distributed so the truck and trailer were level and happy. Setup instructions and video were great. Takes some time but easy. Almost no highway swaying in very windy conditions. Allows tight turns out on the road or when backing into difficult sites. Works as advertised.

Mark, I originally purchased the E2 weight distribution hitch to improve towing my 18’ camper using my Chevy Colorado. It made a huge difference and we felt more Comfortable pulling the camper over 2,000 miles one year. I’ve since upgraded the camper to a 29’ pulled with a Fird F-150 and. An upgraded E2 weight distribution hitch was then first i purchased again. It’s a non-negotiable consideration. You will notice significantly improved handling .

I love my Fastway E2 hitch! I pull a tall 7x14 enclosed trailer (about 6000 lb). With a 1/2 ton pickup. It trailers great! We do about 18000 miles a year. It excels during heavy winds and passing trucks on the interstate. I used airbags in the past, but they don’t help the tracking at all. You can’t go wrong with this hitch! I highly recommend it.
