Replacement Bearings and Seals for 2007 Montana 3700RL

Updated 04/09/2026 | Published 02/14/2026

Question:

Good morning, I have a 2007 Montana 3700RL that I recently acquired and need to know the bearings and seals for my axles. The vin number is 4YDF3402X74700425 with 6K axles. If you can point me in the right direction I would be appreciative.

Hey Braxton! Since you have 6k axles I can tell you you either need Bearing Kit # BK3-100 (2.25" inner diameter grease seal) or # BK3-110 (2.125" ID grease seal). For the Timken you looked at it is either the # TMK42VR (2.25") or # TMK82VR (2.125").

I don't have a way to look this up using your VIN, but if you can give me the manufacturer and serial number off of your axle tag I can verify the right grease seal size. You could also pull the hubs and measure.

I find it best to pull one apart and get the correct numbers off of the inner and outer bearings and races.
