Question:
Hello, I have a very small boat trailer, dont know the weight capacity, with Reliable oil bearings, do you have the caps and seals for Reliable bearings?

Hey Dan, thanks for reaching out. I can definitely help with that. Most Reliable oil bath hubs use a threaded 2.080" hub bore. If that matches yours, the Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors # BB2080T-SS are the correct caps.
For the rear seal, the correct replacement for most Reliable oil bath hubs is # XLPROLUBE1980SEAL. That seal has a 1.72" inner diameter and a 2.56" outer diameter.
Since you are not sure of the trailer’s weight capacity, I recommend measuring the hub bore where the cap threads in and the spindle where the seal rides to confirm those dimensions before ordering. That way you know everything will fit properly and seal up tight.
If you can share your hub bore measurement or any numbers stamped on the bearings or seal, I would be happy to double check it for you.

Hey Dan, did the Bearing Buddy caps and replacement seal end up matching your Reliable oil bath hubs? Knowing if those measurements lined up could really help others with the same small trailer setup. Once you confirmed the fit, did everything seal up tight?
