The Thomas Payne RV Jackknife Sofa w/ Hinges, Hardware - Fold Down - 64" Long - Great Lakes Grotto # TP86KR weighs 103.4 pounds all together. I have all the components broken down with their individual weight below:

Hinge for Thomas Payne RV Jackknife Sofa - Left Hand - Qty 1 # 195-000108 - 4.8 pounds
Hinge for Thomas Payne RV Jackknife Sofa - Right Hand - Qty 1 # 195-000109 - 4.8 pounds
Thomas Payne RV Jackknife Sofa - Fold Down - 64" Long - Great Lakes Grotto LC59FC - 93 pounds

So the main part of this is on the heavy side, but I can say from personal experience, it is quite comfortable.

@JayS The back does fold down, but you do not need any clearance behind it to do so (Thomas Payne actually calls it a "wall hugger" for this reason). This is one of the great features for this sofa/sleeper.

Hi Mark; according to Lippert the Thomas Payne RV Jackknife Sofa #TP86KR is a "wall hugger." This means it can sit right up against the wall in the upright position. You don't need a certain amount of space behind it.
