Thanks for reaching out. I completely understand wanting to confirm this before installing, especially with tight aisles and wall clearance.

When the Thomas Payne RV Jackknife Sofa # TP58KR is upright, it measures 30" deep, including the backrest. As long as you have that clearance from the wall, it should not crowd the aisle or rub during normal use, and there are no hidden hardware pieces that extend beyond that depth.

If your space allows for a full 30" upright depth, you should be able to install it once and be done without surprises.

What kind of camper are you putting this in? Any big trips you are looking forward to this year?
