Will etrailer Clamp-On Bucket Hitch Adapter Work On Bucket That Has Teeth?

Will this work with a bucket that has teeth on it, or do the teeth get in the way?

Hey Brian, buckets with teeth will usually still work well with this receiver # e75ZV, as long as there’s enough space between the teeth. The clamp itself is just over 3 inches wide, so if you’ve got a gap that size between teeth, you should be able to slide it right in. I have never really seen buckets with teeth closer than that, and as you can see in the attached photo, our team has already successfully installed it on a bucket with teeth.

One other thing is to make sure the bucket is not thicker than 1-1/2". I highly doubt it would be, but I wanted to point that out in case you had some extra bracket or metal welded/bolted onto the bucket's front section.

What kind of trailers do you plan to use this on? I assume you have a few of them at a shop perhaps?
