The B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Dual Jaw - 18,000 lbs # BWRVK3270 is just the hitch so you will need to purchase rails and brackets separately. For your 2023 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD LT Crew Cab, you will want the following parts for that:
B&W Custom Mounting Brackets for Patriot 5th Wheel Above Bed Base Rails # BWRVR2505
B&W Universal Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 10 Bolt # BWRVR3210
We do have other brands for rails and brackets (Curt, Demco, and PullRite), but the B&W option is by far the least expensive way to go. They are still American made, custom fit to your truck, and come with lifetime warranties, so it's not like you're getting any kind of downgrade going with the least expensive option.
