Hey Thomas, welcome back! And thanks for all of the info you listed on your 2021 Forest River Rockwood Minilite. Based on that I would recommend going with the higher rated scissor jacks part # e96VV which are rated for 15k for the pair. Are you wanting to do just the pair of jacks or 4 total for all corners?
What leveling system do you have now?

I would need to get 4 jacks. I currently have the Ground Control TT system (purchased from Etrailer), which I upgraded to from the stock electric stabilizer system that came with the TT when new. It is a great system, and I don't have any trouble with it, except that I have changed tow vehicles from a 2003, 3/4 ton to a 2017, 1/2 ton truck. The Ground control system is around 500 lbs, and I need to lighten up the gvwr and consequently the tongue weight on my truck. I want to be safe, as well as enable my 1/2 ton truck to have a long life without excessive repairs. I am also aware that if an accident with injuries happens as a result of my rig, an army of investigators would more than likely scour my truck and camper for any violations. Such is the current state of our world.
