Question:

if i buy kit will it work for keystone couger 06 model and do u just push out the u shaped pin then the rest comes apart ,is it spring loaded my question is if it is going to blow apart if i do it and also if lead jack goes does it mean both should be replaced at same time im doing this myself at home i can do it at a machine shop if need be

If you have a Venture landing gear set on your 2006 Keystone Cougar the Stromberg Carlson repair kit part # LG-146059 would be the correct kit for you.

As you take the jack apart you should be able to see how it all comes apart and reinstalls with the new components. There isn't a set of installation instructions but I did attach a diagram that shows how all of the parts go together.
