Hello Miguel, thanks for reaching out. Yes, since your Ram has a 2" lift, a lift spacer will be required when installing air bags. Our rule of thumb is any lift of 1.5" or less does not need a spacer, but anything more than 1.5" lift will use a spacer.
Here are the exact parts I recommend for your 2021 Ram 1500 Hemi big horn:
- Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Rear Axle # AL88375
- Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers for LoadLifter 5000 and 7500XL - 2" Lift - Qty 2 # AL52420
You also have the option of adding an onboard compressor. Definitely worth adding if you tow frequently, or if you haul varying loads. For the compressor I recommend the following:
- Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Remote - Bluetooth - EZ Mount # AL25980EZ
What kind of trailer will you be hauling?

I have 2” lift springs in the rear of my 2020 Ram 1500, the spacers made the bags ride on the bump stops unless they were inflated. Worked much better without the spacers.
