Hey Steve welcome back! The Benton Basic Hitch Modular Cargo Carrier item # B42FR weighs 42.5 lbs. It will extend out 54" when measured from the hitch pin hole when folded down and 18-1/2" when folded up.
The Benton Basic Hitch Modular Cargo Carrier item # B42FR is an extremely versatile platform that will allow you to mount bike racks like the Yakima FrontLoader item # Y02103 and cargo boxes like the Benton ShellRaiser item # B44FR at the same time. You can even use it to haul furniture. It has a 300 lbs capacity and fits 2" hitches.

Thank you so much for the quick response! I plan on using it for a cargo box so I don't have to get a roof rack.
