GCH Camera Compatibility Issue

Question:

I am curious if the manufacturer provided an answer for what appeared to be a wiring incompatibility for a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 LT. I would like to have this if it would plug into the truck, but the original purchase I made we found that the wiring did not match up from the camera to the harnesses in the truck and I had to return before the return period ended. I did send in pictures to demonstrate the connection differences via email.

Hey Gabe, I wish we had a good answer for why the # GCH37FR doesn't match your 21 Silverado. I will say that we've struggled a bit with getting the correct fit info for their camera kits on our site so I would not be shocked if it was one of those issues.

Hey Gabe, were you able to get any feedback from the manufacturer about the wiring mismatch on your Silverado? Knowing what you found could help others trying to use that same camera kit.

@JamesonC I didn't have information for the vendor to ask. I sent a comprehensive email into eTrailer support last year to communicate with them the vendor to no avail and had to remove and send back. I am going to see if I can find info for them and try and work with them.
