Question:
Is it safe to put the MB34FR unit under the hood of my car, of course removing it each time I need to drive. I have my car in an old, covered, three-sided carport, with a lot of air coming through the wood panels. I am concerned the sound waves wont be contained well enough if the unit is just placed in the carport. Thanks for your advice!

Hey Melanie, you can certainly put the MouseBlocker PROx Plug In Electronic Rodent Deterrent # MB34FR under the hood of your car as that's what it was intended for. We even have a version you could wire to the vehicle battery so you could leave it installed all the time with the part # MB94FR.
For something larger to protect a carport you'd instead want the part # MB64FR.
