Hey Joe, welcome back! The B&W Pintle Hook Mounting Plate item # BWPMHD14202 has slightly larger than 1/2" diameter mounting holes. The holes are spaced 1-3/4" apart vertically and 3-3/8" apart horizontally. This mounting plate fits a 2-1/2" receiver and has a 16,000 lbs capacity.
The Buyers Products 15 Ton Combination Pintle Hitch w/ 2-5/16" Ball item # BP38FR, you were previously asking about, would work great with this mount. You'll need the Mounting Kit item # 3378520 to attach it.
