Hey Joe. The Buyers Products 15 Ton Combination Pintle Hitch w/ 2-5/16" Ball item # BP38FR does not come with the mounting hardware. You'll need the Buyers Products Pintle/Combination Hitch Mounting Kit item # 3378520 for the bolts, washers, lock nuts, and nuts.
The Buyers Products 15 Ton Combination Pintle Hitch w/ 2-5/16" Ball item # BP38FR has a maximum gross trailer weight of 30,000 lbs and max tongue weight of 6,000 lbs.

I purchased this same pintle and used grade 8 hardware ?that I purchased from etrailer. Make sure you use lock washers and or nylon lock nuts.
