Will the PortablePET Twistep Hitch Mounted Step for 1-1/4inch and 2inch Hitches fit my VW 2021 Tiguan R-Line? Can it be adjusted to fit and stow under the car? If it can’t be stowed, will it interfere with my backup camera? Thanks!

Hey, Gail.
The PortablePET Twistep part # HE3052 wont interfere with your backup camera but could interfere with any sort of backup sensors. Your 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan should have 4 backup sensors across your rear bumper. The Step is 22" wide so it's very possible that a sensor could think there is something there because of the step. Especially if you can't put it in the stow position.
The step is made to go into any 1-1/4" and 2" hitches.
