Tips for Freeing Up PortablePET Twistep Hitch Mounted Step thats Frozen

Question:
Super great dog step but after three years it is impossible to swivel. oil dont do the trick. Is there any way to disassemble it and clean it up.

Since there isn't a great way to take the step apart your best bet would be to keep trying spray lubes. Try spraying the components and then letting them sit for a while and repeat the process several times. Another option would be to take the step out of the hitch and let it soak in gear oil over night. Eventually it should start to work again unless it's damaged to the point of no repair. Which if this is the case you'd have to replace the step.
