Usually the access point for installing a replacement bulb like # VA0415-00 in an RV range hood is found behind a removable plastic or glass lens that faces downward toward the cooking surface. These often slide out of a channel or are snapped into place by tabs on the lens. You'll need to inspect your range hood to determine how to remove the lens and once you find the bad # 921 bulb you will pull it from its socket and install the replacement.
