Hey Tim. From center to center of the hitch pin holes is 10" on the etrailer High-Low Fixed Adapter for Tow Bars item # e85ZV. This 2" high low adapter fits a 2" hitch receiver and has a 10,000 lbs capacity. It's designed to be used exclusively for flat towing and can not be used to tow a trailer or mount an accessory like a bike rack.

If you need an extender for a trailer, I recommend our etrailer item # e88YR 8" long or item # e28YR 14" long.

How long of an extension are you needing and what kind of towing setup do you have?

Hey Tim, what did you end up going with for your towing setup after checking the hitch pin hole spacing on the high-low adapter? Your update could make it easier for the next person trying to match an adapter or extender for flat towing.
