The circle in front of the cup holder on the Thomas Payne Seismic Right Arm Power RV Recliner item # TP82AR is an accessory power port that works with proprietary chargers made by Thomas Payne. We do not carry these chargers, however the cup holder includes a standard USB-C charging port.
