Does The Benton Basic Hitch Modular Cargo Rack With Crossbars Have Lots Of Rattle Or Windnoise?

Question:
Does this rattle a lot on the highway? My old hitch carrier made me crazy with all the shaking.

Paula, totally get it - noisy racks are the worst. To be honest, a lot of roof racks and ladder racks do add some noise. Luckily since the Benton cargo carrier for hitches # B42FR mounts on the back, and also includes an anti-rattle hitch pin that tightens the shank inside your receiver, you won't really notice it back there.
Once the included anti-rattle device is snug, the rack stays quiet, and the aluminum bars do a nice job minimizing movement and noise whether you're using the side-to-side sliding bars or the fixed front-to-back bars.
What types of items are you planning to haul most often?
