Question:

I have the Lippert Rhino box, so I’m looking at the GY37ND. Right now my 5th wheel hitch takes up half my bed. Will switching to the Nomad actually give me that space back?

Blake, absolutely - this is one of the biggest perks of switching to the # GY37ND for Rhino pin boxes. Once you remove the big 5th-wheel hitch, your truck bed becomes empty again. The Nomad mounts to the trailer, not your truck, so the only thing left in the bed is the gooseneck ball.

You’ll have full bed space for loading gear, firewood, coolers, bikes - whatever you want - without navigating around rails, hitch heads, or grease.

Just be sure to add the # GY49GR safety chains so your new gooseneck-style connection is compliant.
