Is there a Gen-Y Hitch Nomad available to replace a Rhino-box? Also how far is the top mounting bolt from where the gooseneck ball sits?

Yes, there is Rob. To replace your Rhino box with a Gen-Y Nomad Gooseneck Pin Box you'll need item # GY37ND. From the top mounting holes to where the gooseneck ball connects is 20.32". The front mounting bolts are 13.45" back and the rear ones are 20.95" behind the gooseneck ball.
The Gen-Y Nomad item # GY37ND has up to a 30,000 lbs towing capacity and a 6,500 lbs. It only works with 2-5/16" gooseneck ball.
I've attached a schematic below that will show all the dimensions of the Gen-Y Nomad item # GY37ND.
You will also need the Safety Chain with 2 Hooks for Gen-Y 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box item # GY49GR. Safety chains are required for gooseneck connections and they are not included with the pin boxes. These will attach to that cross looking cutout by the Gen-Y logo.
