Hello Ron, thanks for reaching out. I believe direct replacements for the Norcold 400.3 fridge are out there, but I am sorry to say we do not offer one. We do have a very similar 4.5 cubic foot mini fridge though. Take a look at the following:

Not for us I'm afraid as it only runs on 120V. Our old Norcold also runs on 12V and propane.
