Hey David, there actually isn't a difference between the Slipper Spring # e36SR and the SP-177275. We just use a different part number.

@JamesonC I ended up buying 2 of these: EM28UJ 2-Leaf Slipper Spring for 1,000-lb Trailer Axles - 24-1/4" Long - EMCO They were the perfect fit for my Carry-On 4x6G Utility Trailer with 2K axle. David

Yes you can replace the leaf springs that came standard on the trailer to soften the ride of the trailer. Just be advised that the total capacity of the trailer will be lowered because you will be limited by the lower rated springs. You can refer to…
