For the Dexter 5-Leaf Slipper Spring w/ Flat End for 10,000-lb Trailer Axles - 30-1/2" Long # DX45QR, you will want the Bronze Spring Eye Bushing, 3/4" x 1" x 2-1/2" # 14-67. This is a direct replacement for what came in this spring.
Guessing the original bushing wore out?
