Question:
What is difference between flat and radius slipper spring? Thanks
asked by: Fran K
Helpful Expert Reply:
The only difference between the Flat and Radius end slipper springs is the shape of the end of the spring with the radius having an arch and the flat being flat as you can see in the included pictures of the Radius End # SP-179275 and Flat End # e29SR.
The springs are interchangeable but you will want to make sure that the length from the center of the spring eye to the end of the spring is the same, and make sure the spring matches the axle rating of the axle on your trailer.
