Steering Stabilizer To Keep 2021 Fleetwood Bounder Motorhome On The Road Straighter
Published 10/08/2025 >
Question:
I’ve got a 2021 Fleetwood Bounder 35K, and I’m constantly fighting the steering on I-40 in crosswinds. What’s the best way to calm it down?

Don, I would install a steering stabilizer like the Safe-T-Plus # ST85MR. Your Bounder’s on the F-53, so this model is the perfect match. It’ll hold the wheel centered against wind and road crown so you can stop “sawing” the wheel all day.
Most drivers describe the difference as night and day.
Where do you plan to have it installed - dealer, RV shop, or at home? I can point you to the easiest alignment process afterward.
