Hey Mike. The TorkLift Tie Downs - Front and Rear item # TL54VV does indeed work with the Ford 3" factory hitch.
What year, make, model, and bed length is your truck? The item # TL54VV is a kit that includes both front and rear tie downs and there's a couple of restrictions. I just want to make sure this is the right kit for your truck.
