Replacement Bearing Kit for a Jayco Jay Flight w/ 3,500 lbs Axles

Question:
hi I have a 2015 jayco 287 bhsw with 3500 axles with electric brake 10 inch hubs do you know which timken kit fits my trailer the markings on the rear seal is 010-019-00. but the existing bearings dont have markings on them. i have a calper but so not see measurements on your site. I just want to order the right one. Thanks

Hey Tim, thanks for the information. Since your Jayco Jay Flight has 3,500 lbs axles you'll need the Timken Bearing Kit for Lippert, Dexter, and AL-KO Axles - 3,500 lb with #84 Spindle item # TMK52VR. This kit includes a 010-019-00 seal, along with the inner/outer bearings, races, cotter pin, and spindle washer. You'll need one kit per hub.

Thanks, I actually figured it out by looking in the Jayco service manual. Looks like i ordered the right ones thankfully. I ordered 4 of them. I will keep the old bearings to put in a emergency kit with a puller, grinder and seal setter. Catastrophic bearing failure will not leave me stranded again. It ruined a perfectly good beach trip. I'll pull over repair and continue my trip. Thanks Tim N.
