Question:
How much ground clearance will there be from the bottom of the 2 inch Blue Ox receiver on 2025 Mazda CX5 with 17 inch wheels? Will you be able to see the crossbar or is it hidden behind the fascia? Thank you.

Hey Patrick, while I don't have the exact ground clearance of the Blue Ox Hitch part # BLU89HR when it is installed on your 2025 Mazda CX-5 I can tell you that it fits right under hte lower rear bumper edge so you'd lose right at 2.5 inches like you can see in the attached picture. You should note that since only the rear opening hangs below the rear bumper (like you asked about) the ground clearance wouldn't be affected as much since it would only be in the center that it hangs lower. You'd have to be in a situation where the rear bumper is almost dragging for the hitch to also drag. Do you have a lot of steep inclines you drive over?
