Question:
My Camper is a Crossroads Zinger 290kb. I currently have a Coleman Mach 13500 btu AC unit. I would like to upgrade to the 15000 btu. I want to know if the heating element on my existing unit can be used on the larger unit? It works fine, along with the thermostat.

Hey Frank, I did some checking with Coleman and the heat strip you have now on your Coleman Mach would work with a higher 15k rated unit like the part # CM69RR that you referenced. How well does the heat strip work for you?

Hey Frank, did you decide to upgrade to the 15,000 BTU unit, and if so, how did the heat strip work with it? I'm asking because your experience could really help others considering a similar upgrade.
