Great question, Joseph!

If you want to stick with something similar to what you already have you would want to go with part # DMC74FR. Make sure to measure the space your original water heater is in just to make sure this water heater will fit. This heater is 12-3/4" tall x 12-3/4" wide x 19-7/8" deep.

You will also want to pick up the door which is part # DMC58FR which needs a cut out of 12-3/4" wide x 12-3/4" tall. There is a possibility that your cut out may be larger, if that's the case you would want to get the conversion kit instead. That's part # DMC24FR, this includes the door you will just need one or the other.

Tankless water heaters are becoming way more popular and we do carry a wide range of options. If you're interested in something like, drop a comment. Just let me know how large your space is and the cut out size and I can find the perfect one for ya!

Hopefully your OG heater is still holding on so you don't have to take any cold showers.

Hey Joseph, Did you have a chance to measure your space and see if the new water heater fit? I'm curious to know if the suggested replacement worked for you, as it could help others looking for a similar solution.
