My Voyager backup camera is full of water. Can I clean it or replace ir? With what?

Hello Alberta, thanks for reaching out. I have heard of this happening before with the Voyager monitors where condensation gets inside and fills the camera with water. Sadly there is not a great way to clean this and the camera is most likely done. I would have to recommend replacing it .

What Voyager camera system do you have exactly. I want to be sure you get the right camera.

For example, the Replacement Camera # ASA64YR is for the Voyager WiSight 2.0 Wireless RV Backup Camera System. Let me know what you have and I am happy to make a recommendation.

I have the wireless WVCMS130AP.I THINK. THE SYSTEM IS WVOS43 You sent me WVSXC150 Do I need a new monitor for the tow vehicle??

@AlbertaA So the WVCMS130AP and WVOS43 are part of the first gen camera system which we no longer carry. Voyager was considerate enough to make sure their first and second generation would not be compatible with each other. This incompatibility leaves consumers, like yourself, having to purchase a whole new camera system instead of just a replacement monitor. The good news is the second gen cameras will be less susceptible to damage from condensation. @Alberta I need the monitor to use the 2.0. Or the package you have recommended. I would mail the camera that I received on Tuesday back to you when I receive the package. I will put in an order. Alberta
